Members may freeze memberships for medical, travel, or personal reasons per the F45 policies. Contact the studio to start a suspension request.

Email or text the studio to initiate a cancellation — in compliance with Washington State law, we require written communication of your intent to cancel, and we maintain a 30-day written cancellation notice period. Written communication gives us a recorded timestamp of when the cancellation request was initiated, which protects both the business and the member.

Many memberships qualify for FSA/HSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Use our Dr. B partner link below to get yours, then request a superbill from the studio.
